2. Service Description

MountainMeadowWay provides lead generation and online advertising services to businesses. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers (leads) to our clients through various digital marketing channels including but not limited to:

• Social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Search engine marketing (Google Ads)
• Display advertising networks
• Professional networking platforms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process

MountainMeadowWay reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant at our sole discretion.

4. Lead Generation Services

4.1 Lead Quality and Pricing

Our lead pricing varies based on the advertising channel and targeting precision:

• Standard leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise leads: $60 per qualified lead

4.2 Lead Qualification

All leads are pre-qualified based on criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process. We guarantee that leads meet the specified demographic, geographic, and behavioral criteria.

4.3 Lead Delivery

Qualified leads will be delivered within 24 hours of qualification. Lead information includes contact details, company information, and qualification scores.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon lead delivery. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

6. Quality Guarantee

We provide a 30-day quality guarantee on all leads. If a lead fails to respond within 30 days or does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

7. Data Privacy and Compliance

MountainMeadowWay is committed to protecting personal data and complying with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations. All lead generation activities follow platform-specific terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Activities that violate platform terms of service
• Harassment or inappropriate contact with leads

9. Limitation of Liability

MountainMeadowWay's liability is limited to the cost of leads provided. We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. MountainMeadowWay reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
